Captain's Boat Dāvids rules

It is particularly important to us that every trip with the Captain's boat Dāvids is safe and enjoyable for both the Captain and passengers, so before boarding the boat and throughout the trip, all the following rules must be followed.

The captain of the boat has the right not to start or stop the trip if any of the passengers behave aggressively, are found to be under the influence of alcohol or any other intoxicating substance that may endanger the safety of the captain, other passengers, or the intoxicated passenger safety during the trip. Zero tolerance policy for any form of aggression and objections to compliance.

On the Captain’s boat it is forbidden to:

• Damage, smear or in any way cause damage to the captain's boat and its equipment.

• Smoking (including electronic cigarettes).

• Bring pets on board (including any kind of small lap dog). In certain cases, it can be agreed to take your pet with You on the boat. Additional fee will apply, starting from 100 EUR, prior approval is mandatory. Assistance dogs are allowed on the Captain's Boat (assistance dog license obligatory must be presented).

• Enter the captain's boat in high heeled shoes, shoes with pointed heels, shoes that leave streaks (It is recommended to wear footwear with light soles).

• Get off or jump off the boat without the Captain's permission.

The use of any kind food and drinks (except water) on the boat is prohibited, except when it is agreed in advance and the"Boat cleaning fee" is paid. If you want to enjoy the snacks or drinks You took with You in the Captain's Boat, the "Boat cleaning fee" will be calculated additionally for up to 5 persons, it will be 25 EUR for up to 9 persons it will be 50 EUR. Prior approval is required, also in such cases the following restrictions must be taken in account:

• Have excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages, dark color juices/ beverages. In some cases, it is possible to agree with the captain of the captain's boat on the use of light alcoholic beverages (in small quantities).

• The use of red wine is strictly forbidden.

• Use greasy foods / foods that stain (crisps, smoked products, burgers, fries, sauces, chocolate, etc.), berries (blueberries, cherries blackberries, etc.).

• Use food/drink from glass containers (paper or plastic containers are allowed).

While on the captain’s boat, passengers must follow all the rules and regulations that are in place.

Children under the age of 12 must wear life jackets when boarding the boat and tit must be worn throughout the whole boat trip (life jackets are provided for all passengers). Parents are fully responsible for the behavior of their children’s whilst on the boat. Inadequate, unruly and dangerous behavior of a child on the Captain's Boat may be considered a reason for the termination of the trip.

If any of the rules above are violated, the trip may be interrupted or cancelled, and the payment will not be refunded. If the customer does not arrive for the trip, the trip is considered to have taken place and the payment is not refunded. The reservation is only guaranteed after the payment of the invoice and receipt of the money in the bank account. If the payment is made shortly before the booked trip, please send a receipt of the payment.

The trip may be cancelled due to bad weather or technical reasons. Cloudy, foggy, rainy weather is not considered as bad weather and not considered a reason to cancel the trip or return the booking fee. If the trip is cancelled due to technical reasons, the paid trip fee will be returned to the customer’s bank within one working day.

If the Customer wants to cancel or reschedule the booked private trip:

• 7 days before the booked trip, the Customer will be charged 50% of the paid reservation fee.

• 3 days before the booked trip, the Customer will be charged 75% of the paid reservation fee

• 2 days before the booked trip, the Customer will be charged 100% of the paid reservation fee

If the Client delays the start of the departure time for the private trip, the missed time is included in the total trip time, is not compensated and the return to the Yacht Club takes place at the agreed time.
